The founding Directors of Bradleys, Brian, Lyndon and Mike have worked in Estate Agency in the area for well over 100 years between them and have worked together since 1985. Each of the Directors has had the benefit of working in both independent estate agency and institutionally owned companies. Now with their wealth of experience and skills, they offer their clients the benefits of corporate disciplines and the entrepreneurial advantages of an Independent company. The Directors, who are all actively engaged in the business, are totally committed to their clients and staff and have a regular regime of office visits to impart their considerable skills and experience. The aim of the Bradleys Group is to provide a first class and complete property service from an experienced, friendly and highly motivated team who enjoy their work.

BRIAN BRADLEY FNAEA MARLA FloD - Chairman Brian moved to Exmouth in 1966 after education at Abingdon School in Berkshire. After two years at school in Exmouth he joined leading independent agent Lester Smith in 1968 and became a partner in 1978. When the firm was sold to Bristol and West Building Society in 1987, Brian served five years as Director and Regional Manager before leaving to form Bradleys in 1992. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents as well as a former Chairman of Exmouth Round Table. Brian’s responsibilities include Chairmanship of the Groups limited companies, overall strategy and management of the Group businesses.

FRANCIS MARSHALL FNAEA - Managing Director Francis has been an Estate Agent since 1984 when he established Marshall’s in East Cornwall, which was awarded the inaugural title of Estate Agency Branch of the Year in 1992. Francis joined Bradleys in 1999 to continue the group’s expansion by setting up and running the Cornish offices. His role widened in 2008 to look after the Plymouth and Torbay offices and while Area Director for the Western Region, he had the additional responsibility of Company Compliance Officer, which naturally included group training. Francis is married with two daughters and when not working is a keen sailor and competes on the national and international stage. In December 2010 Francis was appointed Managing Director and works very closely with the Chairman and the board of Directors.

MICHAEL DIBBLE FNAEA - Sales Director Mike is a Devonian who began his estate agency career in September 1979 with The Lester Smith Partnership in Sidmouth. He was educated at Blundell's School, Tiverton and Norwood School, Exeter. In 1983 he moved to Lester Smith's Exmouth office and from 1984 managed their Honiton office, which he ran the office for both them and Bristol & West Property Services until 1992. In 1992 he became a founder shareholder and Director of Bradleys opening a Honiton office. Since 2001, following the company's expansion, his role has grown and today he combines his role of Sales Director with overseeing the successful office in his home town of Sidmouth. Mike is also the firm's Nominated Money Laundering Officer.

LYNDON BENT FNAEA MARLA - Commercial Director Lyndon started his Estate Agency career in 1977 in the London area with Bairstow Eves. He joined Lester Smiths in 1984, working in Exeter and Exmouth, before opening the Dawlish Office for Bristol & West in 1988. Lyndon, a founding Shareholder and Director, initially based in Dawlish, left residential estate agency in 1999, returning to Exmouth to pursue other group business interests such as Asset Management, Customer Services, General Insurance, Relocation and Overseas Property, while throughout continuing his role as Group IT Director. Since 2008 he has overhauled Bradleys Lettings business with a central management team in the company’s head office. He is now focused on improving and developing the Group’s centralised resources, on-line profile and business operations.

CHRIS BAXTER - Corporate Director Chris has worked in the Estate Agency Industry since 1979 operating at all levels in the business, within Somerset, Devon, Cornwall and Wiltshire. In the past Chris owned his own Estate Agency business in Taunton, which was voted best independent estate agent in the region in 1994. Following the sale of his business to a corporate chain, he joined Bradleys Estate Agents in 1999 to oversee the opening of their first offices in Somerset and to go on to establish Bradleys Land and New Homes Departments. Notable credits have been selling the most expensive residential development land in the South West in 2008 (equivalent to £11 million+ per acre) and taking his New Homes team to Dubai to sell new homes. To compliment his excellent success in Land and New Homes, Chris became Corporate Director in 2008, heading up Bradleys rapidly expanding and successful corporate client division as well as the Group’s Auction department. Chris is an accomplished Auctioneer who famously sold a tin of baked beans for £100 at a charity event..

RICHARD GREETHAM MNAEA - Marine & Country Director Richard joined Fox and Sons working in their Head Office in Exeter, after leaving Kings School Bruton in Somerset. Richard has spent the last 25 years working throughout the West Country specialising in the sale of country houses, smallholdings and large townhouses. He has a wide knowledge of the area having lived and worked in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. Richard lives on the outskirts of Exeter with his wife and two dogs. He enjoys a number of sports and is a keen golfer with a single figure handicap. He is the Director responsible for further expansion of Bradleys already highly successful Marine and Country brand, as well as overseeing the Exeter offices.
