Ted Leggott - Business Development Manager
Ted has many years experience in banking, building society work and the insurance industry. He is the Manager in charge of Business Development with responsibilities for all aspects of the group development in the field of Independent Mortgage and Independent Financial Advice, Bradleys Conveyancing and our Buildings and Contents Insurance Service. He is closely involved with the expansion of Bradleys Customer Services Centre in Head Office and oversees the activities of the company's in-house Domestic Energy Assessors, who conduct hundreds of EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates) throughout the South-West. Ted is a keen walker who enjoys exploring the East Devon countryside around the village where he lives.

Jonathan McKinnel
Qualifying in 1995 as a Chartered Surveyor, Jonathan worked in the South East as a commercial property manager, before returning to Devon to join the Bradleys Group in 1997. After becoming the Director in charge of the residential lettings, he is now charged with developing and expanding the commercial property department within Bradleys and works with all of our offices to oversee the sale and lettings of all aspects of commercial property. He lives in North Devon with his wife and three teenage daughters.

Alison Wright
Chartered FCIPD Group Human Resources Manager and Personal Assistant to the Chairman.
Alison has been involved with all aspects of estate agency since 1985 and with Bradleys since February 1996. Her experience includes residential estate agency, financial services and new homes. She was born and bred in the West Country and enjoys kick boxing, swimming and a host of other physical activities including scuba diving and has dived with sharks on several occasions.

Julie Carden - Marketing Manager.
Julie began her career in estate agency in 1984 in East Sussex moving to the West Country in 1995. Julie joined Bradleys in January 1998 as Manager of the Teignmouth branch. In March that year, Julie opened the Shaldon office. In 2000, Julie became Marketing Manager for the group. With nearly 30 years experience in Estate Agency, Julie offers a wealth of knowledge and experience. Based back in the Shaldon office since 2010, Julie in involved in the selling and letting of properties in the village. Living in the village since 1995 with husband James and two sons and is actively involved with the village school and is currenty Chair of the PTA.

Claire Taylor - Group IT Trainer
Claire joined Bradleys in 2005 as an administrator in the Plymouth office. She originally trained as a graphic designer gaining a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in the field and has since gained various NVQ's in IT and Administration. Claire became an IT Trainer for the company in 2009, working alongside Jade Nicholson and enjoys her part in helping the offices with their training and I.T. requirements. Claire lives in Plymstock and enjoys cooking and going to the gym.

Manager - Sam Elias

Sam is an experienced estate agent having spent the last 22 years in the industry, the last 12 of which have been with Bradleys. She has worked in all of the South East Cornwall offices and has great knowledge of the area. After managing the Saltash office for 5 years, Sam returned to her home town and for the past four years has managed the Callington branch. She has had great success within the Marine & Country homes market and was also awarded Bradleys Manager of The Year in 2011. Sam is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and undertakes all EPC's for her office. Sam lives with her husband and son close to Callington.

Manager - Michael Kleinman

Michael is the area manager for the Camborne and Penzance offices and has been with Bradleys since 2006. Michael has over 20 years experience in estate agency and the majority of this has been spent in West Cornwall. Michael and his team are taking the offices from strength to strength in both sales and lettings, built on a solid foundation of customer service. In his spare time Michael enjoys competing in Duathlons throughout the south west and playing golf in this beautiful part of the country.

Manager - Kevyn Dixon

Kevyn joined Bradleys Estate Agents in August 2004 having moved down from Bristol. He began his career in estate agency as a junior negotiator in the Brixham office, progressing to become senior negotiator in our Teignmouth branch. In 2007 he was appointed manager of the Brixham office where he spent the next 4 years before moving back to the Teignbridge area where he is currently manager of the Dawlish office.

Manager - Linda Jarrett

Linda joined Bradleys in 2000 but has over 30 years experience in estate agency. Having started her career in Bristol, Linda has been working in the Hayle Office since 1988 and together with her team has established an excellent reputation for high standards of customer service. In 2007 Linda passed the exams to qualify as a Domestic Energy Assessor and carries out Energy Performance Certificates for Bradleys. She remains committed to the ongoing success of the business in this busy Branch, dealing with both sales and lettings of properties.

Manager - Giles Clotworthy

Giles was born and raised in Helston where he began his long association with estate agency as a school leaver. His experience is well suited to sales and lettings in the Helston area where his local knowledge and insights are best served. When he is away from the office, Giles enjoys surfing and walking as well as spending time with his young sons.

Ellie joined Bradleys in 2000 but has 25 years experience in estate agency. She is a member of the NAEA and has a Certificate of Practice in estate agency. When HIP's were introduced Ellie qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor and is licensed to carry out Energy Performance Certificates. On a personal note Ellie lives locally with children and grandchildren nearby. Outside of working hours Ellie enjoys golf, yoga and reading.

Nicola began her career in estate agency over 25 years ago working for a successful independent agency which then joined Bradleys in 1999. Mike is a Devonian who began his estate agency career in September 1979 with The Lester Smith Partnership in Sidmouth. He was educated at Blundell's School, Tiverton and Norwood School, Exeter. In 1983 he moved to Lester Smith's Exmouth office and from 1984 managed their Honiton office, which he ran the office for both them and Bristol & West Property Services until 1992. In 1992 he became a founder shareholder and Director of Bradleys opening a Honiton office. Since 2001, following the company's expansion, his role has grown and today he combines his role of Sales Director with overseeing the successful office in his home town of Sidmouth.
