Bradleys have exceeded the national conversion rate of lots offered to sold by 125%, testament to choosing the right property to feature in its Collective Property and Land Auctions to date. 2010 has seen 5 auctions so far with an exciting South West Water 2 day auction in September preceded by an interesting auction of a diverse range of properties on the 21st of September.
