Purpose of the Role - Negotiator
To present Bradleys in a professional manner, endeavouring to maximise Property sales and Property management and referrals of the complete range of Company activities and to do so whilst satisfying all relevant regulatory requirements.
Skills and Experience Required
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Must have I.T and systems experience.
- Capacity to use initiative whilst working within a team.
- Ability to cope under pressure and pay attention to detail.
- Must be able to drive and have a full driving licence.
- Tenacity to identify and develop business opportunities.
Principal Accountabilities
- To respond to incoming enquiries and to generate new prospects for the complete range of Bradleys Company activities.
- To perform all duties in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop key business areas: a) Valuations & Instructions whether for your office or that of the Group. b) Property Management whether for your office or that of the Group. c) Property Sales/ viewings whether for your office or those of the Group. d) Mortgage/FS Appointments. e) Survey Referrals (where applicable). f) Bradleys Conveyancing. g) General Insurance referrals. h) International referrals. i) Commercial referrals. j) Bradleys Financial Management (non-mortgage related) k) Any land and/or New Homes referrals. l) Refer to Movewithus where applicable. m) Any additional referral opportunities that may arise during your employment with the Bradleys Group.
- To provide support to other team members where appropriate and in accordance with management directives.
- To collect, manage and input accurate and relevant customer details in pursuit of maximum customer service and business development.
- To have full knowledge and understanding of the Company Information Technology equipment and software.

Purpose of the Role - Central Administrator
To provide administrative and business support to all of the Group’s Property Management Department. - Good organisational skills

- RSA 1 & 2 or equivalent. Or achieve a minimum 40 words per minute with minimum 90% accuracy
- Good grasp of English language, grammar and spelling.

- To provide excellent administrative support for the Group’s Rental department and provide complete administrative function in accordance with requirements (eg. Liaising with Landlords and Tenants and dealing with their queries, obtaining tenant references, managing the maintenance of the properties etc. This list is not exhaustive)
