The property is offered via informal tender - a copy of the tender document is attached. Best offers are required by the above date, and the purchaser must show the ability to be able to purchase the land within 28 days of receiving contract documentation from the vendor's solicitor, with proof of finance. The vendor reserves the right not to accept any offer, however if a particular offer is acceptable then the successful tenderee will be required to deposit a cheque for £1000, made payable to the vendor's solicitor, before contract documentation is dispatched to the buyer's solicitor. This deposit is non refundable in the event of the purchaser pulling out of the transaction within the 28 day exchange period. Completion is to take place 28 days after exchange of contracts.
