Bradleys Commercial and Investment Department have moved to their next door premises, 31/32 Southernhay East, Exeter, together with the luxury homes side and chartered surveying arm of the Bradleys Group.
Jonathan McKinnel, MRICS, who heads up the Commercial and Investment side explained that with the expansion within their various departments, space was becoming a little crowded.
“We have been very lucky to secure neighbouring offices, although it has meant that we have done most of the moving ourselves ! The offices we now have, mean that we can welcome visitors and clients in a more comfortable environment and ensure that people, who are already aware of our residential agency, are now more aware of our additional services, that all form part of the Complete Property Service within Bradleys.”
The offices themselves have precedence as being occupied by property agents, having previously been used by Colvilles, before they joined forces with Savills.
Jonathan went on to say that “Bradleys Commercial and Investment Department was originally set up as a natural extension to the residential agency side. Clients, who had sometimes sold or bought their homes through us, often had commercial property or businesses to sell and wanted to use a local agent that they knew and trusted. By joining forces with our local agents, the Commercial and Investment side were able to fulfill this criteria and bring their expertise to assist in the sale or letting of the client’s property.
