Tiverton is a market town nestling in the Exe Valley some 16 miles north of the City of Exeter. The town has a good range of shopping facilities and has a market on a Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. There are several primary schools and main secondary school, as well as East Devon College and Blundells Public School, the town also offers good leisure facilities. Easy access is afforded to the North Devon Link Road providing access to the North Coast and Junction 27 of the M5 Motorway some 7 miles away.

Directions
From the A361 north Devon link road take the first exit at the roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway, following the signs to the town centre. Take the first exit at the next roundabout into Lea Road and continue along this road for about half a mile. Immediately past the shops turn right into Rooks Way, then right at the mini-roundabout into The Hayes development and Swan Avenue, continue around past the oak trees and open space bear left and Hawkes Drive will be signed to your right hand side.
