From Tavistock proceed in the direction of Callington and on reaching the Harvest Home Pub, fork off left signposted Bere Alston. At the next T junction proceed across signposted to Morwellham. Proceed down the hill and take the first left hand fork signposted as a No Through Road. Proceed for about three quarters of a mile where the drive to the property can be found on the left identified by a large metal gate.
