The property is accessed via a wooden gate separated by granite walling to either side. A gravelled path leads to the front door. From our office in Helston proceed down Coinagehall Street into Monument Road. Take the second exit at the roundabout and proceed over the next mini roundabout heading toward Penzance. As you reach the top of the hill, turn right signposted to Hayle. Proceed along this road for approximately 2 miles taking the right hand turning, signposted to Camborne. Continue along this road through the hamlet of Crowntown taking the first right hand turning as you leave the hamlet signposted to Prospidnick and Chynhale. The property can then be located after approximately half a mile on your right.
