The property sits elevated from the declining road by a stone-fronted bank, and at the side of the home is a level gravelled parking area for two vehicles in tandem. An 8'x6' timber shed also occupies this area, with paths then leading along the front and rear of the property. The front path is decorated at the edges by a variety of small shrubs and plants, and extends around to the opposite aspect of the cottage, with a set of steps down to the road at the front and a timber gate opening in to a private concreted expanse of patio adjacent to the house. From this space there is access to a sheltered storage area, connecting to the rear walkway, and a separate stone and concrete path stepping up to the elevated main bulk of grounds above the cottage. This main expanse of garden is predominantly laid to lawn and has been tiered to make good use of the space, with an additional decked area providing a perfect spot for taking in the views and alfresco dining.
Mains electric, water and drainage.
