From our office in Okehampton, take the B3215 towards Crediton and then after some 6 miles turn left on to the A3072. After approx. 1 mile, turn right on to the A3124, signposted Winkleigh, and then the next left. Upon reaching the village, turn left at the junction, signposted Torrington/Bideford. Proceed along this road, passing the sports centre on the right, and at the sharp left bend, turn right signposted Hollocombe. Follow this road for approx. 1.5 miles and then turn left at the cross roads. As you enter Hollocombe, the property can be found on the left in an elevated position.
