At the roundabout bear right onto Crediton Road and then follow the B3215 from the town towards North Tawton. After approx. 4 miles, turn left signposted to Sampford Courtenay. Continue until the roundabout and proceed straight ahead, passing the New Inn on your right. Upon entering the village, take the first left. The property is located behind the thatch properties on the left hand side.
