From the office, turn right towards Queen's Square, continuing down Chapel Street and turning left down onto Quay Street. At the bottom of Quay Street turn left onto the Quay, leading onto Wharf Street. Head ''out of town' at Albert Street one-way system, onto the bottom of Market Jew Street/Chyandour Cliff. Take the hairpin left hand turning onto Briton's Hill, which leads onto Lescudjack Terrace, bear right onto Penare Road and at the end continue straight down the unmade lane, Rosevean Terrace, towards the bottom, the property is the third from the end, on your left.
