Directions
From the Exe Bridges, take the Okehampton Street/Rd exit. Proceed to the end of the road turning right into Exwick Road. Continue past the petrol station and Thatched Inn pub taking a left hand turn at the mini roundabout into Kinnerton Way. At the mini roundabout go straight across and continue past the co-op on the left where the property will be found on the left further up the road.
