Directions
From the Penn Inn roundabout proceed towards Torquay for approximately a mile and a half, just before the second hand car garage there is a turning on the left into Underway. Proceed on this road until it leads into the village of Coffinswell. Proceed on the main road for approximately two miles and the property can be located in the middle of the hill on the right hand side.
