Could it be the busiest London Exhibition so far?

With the Capital’s property market seemingly taking a dip following the Brexit decision last year, we were unsure as to what to expect at this year’s Property Investor and Homebuyer Show at the ExCel in London.

The exhibition started at 10am last Friday morning and by 11am, the answer was very clear. As the only Estate Agent from the region at the exhibition, our stand proved very popular with experienced investors, people seeking second homes keen to explore outside of the M25 and particularly those areas that offer potential growth and high demand for rental properties.

Alongside the various stands at the event, there were various seminars held by property industry leaders, established investors and many investment companies offering advice. The Chief Executive of the naea Propertymark, the organisation that is seeking for enrolled agents to provide the highest level of service to their clients, was even advising potential buyers to look towards the West Country and in particular Exeter and Devon.

Company Director, Richard Greetham, commented: “The previous events have seen over 5,000 people visit the exhibition over two days and we feel that the figure will be higher this time around. We received a fantastic number of visitors and will now be following these enquiries through to ensure they find a suitable property. Overall a fantastic event and one that has certainly benefitted our clients that are selling or letting through us.”
