We have always been at the cutting edge of technology whilst combining it with the traditional service, this is the same with our marketing.

We produce colour brochures, each with multiple photographs and essentially, a colour floor plan and then tailor the various marketing options we offer to each property.

The use of video is one example which has been extremely popular and provides sellers and buyers with more benefits than any other medium.

We have always in the past and will continue to in the future, promote professionalism within the industry and believe in training our staff whether they are new to the industry or have many years of experience. Personal development, knowledge and industry legislation are key aspects of our training in order to make sure our staff are offering a professional service.

As members of the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) whose aim is ‘to promote the highest standards of professionalism and integrity among those working within the property industry’, an aim that we at Bradleys fully support.

In addition, we are members of both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA). As we are also full members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme for both Residential Sales and Lettings, we are bound by strict professional guidelines.

With changing consumer habits and our desire to respond as quickly as possible to enquiries, we created a dedicated Customer Services Department open 7 days a week.

This department is open until 10pm 7 days a week, allowing us to respond to enquiries made about our properties whether that is to book viewings, provide answer to questions or simply register a buyer at a time that suits them.

The department will also book free and realistic valuations should clients wish to do so after the normal working day without having to wait until the next day for a response.
