Bradleys Looe Estate Agents...
Welcome to Bradleys Looe
The small coastal town of Looe is situated in South East Cornwall, approximately 20 miles west of Plymouth and 9 miles south of Liskeard. Divided by Looe River, the town is split into East Looe and West Looe. With tourism being one of the main businesses in Looe, there is much to enjoy from the Sandy Beaches, Spectacular Coastal Walks to activities such as Sailing and Fishing. The town lies within easy reach of many historic homes including Antony House, Mount Edgcumbe, Cotehele and Lanhydrock. The famous Eden Project is also a popular day out for visitors. Annually in late September, the town is the destination of choice for thousands of music lovers and top name performers for the Looe Music Festival, which takes place in temporary venues around the town, harbour and on East Looe beach. Bradleys Looe Branch is located in the most prominent high street position on Looe’s busy main thoroughfare, with extensive window frontage from where your property will be displayed. The team is made up of Nicola Heathcote (Manager) who has worked as an estate agent in the Looe Market for over 20 years. Jacqueline Rix who, prior to joining Bradleys, successfully ran businesses in the local area. David Thirlby who has been part of the town for many years and prides himself on local knowledge. Born and bred in Looe, Ella Marshall is the most recent addition to the team and is among the many qualified Bradleys Domestic Energy Assessors.

"Very good agents, excellent communication with us, always kept us informed of the progress. Also really good knowledge of the local area and gave us really good advice."
"Bradleys in Looe exceeded all my expectations during the recent purchase of my flat in Hannafore. The whole service was professional, straightforward and above all very friendly and helpful. I cannot express enough, the total thoroughness, patience, persistence and warmth shown by Niki Heathcote, the agent dealing with the whole process. She is indeed a prize asset for the company. Niki made what is usually a fairly traumatic experience into a highly efficient, seamless purchase. I cannot thank Niki and Bradleys enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an estate agent. Without doubt, I would definitely use the agents myself, if there was ever a need to sell in the future."
