Bradleys Surveyors has a total of six offices with nine chartered surveyors covering all areas throughout Devon, Somerset and Cornwall.

All our surveyors work in accordance with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance System. We are regulated by the RICS. We are an independent company, as defined by the RICS regulations. Our fees are always agreed in advance and most quotes are given on a "per job" basis, with some work undertaken on an hourly charge basis.

Our clients include most mainstream lenders, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Charities, other firms of Surveyors and valuers, solicitors and members of the public.
