Tom Davies FRICS - Bradleys Surveyors Managing Director

Tom Davies has been Managing Director of Bradleys Surveyors since its inception in 1996.

Tom was born and brought up in North and Mid Devon, from a farming background. After finishing schooling at Blundells he spent 3 years at Reading University and achieved a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Estate Management.

Practical training was undertaken with a broad based general practice firm in Plymouth called Henry Williams and Adam. Experience was gained in a very wide range of work assisting one of the partners Graham Adam. Becoming a Chartered Surveyor in 1970 further experience was gained in other areas of the West Country, and Tom was elected a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1992.

With now over 30 years experience in the industry his expertise extends over a wide range of subjects including commercial and residential valuations, building surveys, lease extensions, expert witness reports and boundary disputes.

Sue Shears - Bradleys Surveyors Manager

Sue Shears joined Bradleys Surveyors in 1997 and is now the Practice Manager for all the offices.

Sue was brought up in Cornwall and moved to Devon in 1995 and originally started off as a secretary for the firm. She now has responsibility for managing all administration and ensures the efficient and smooth operation of the business.

Having completed a Degree in Estate Management Sue is currently undertaking her APC to qualify as a chartered surveyor. She is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.
