10 years and still growing!

The recession of 2008 for some seems like a distant memory, others a recurring nightmare and whilst we certainly endured a torrid time there were some very positive things that resulted, one of which was our centralised team of Rental Property Managers.

Today we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Rentals Property Management Team and feel we have almost perfected our service by speeding up each part of the process, to ensure properties do not suffer large void periods.

We continue to have specialist teams who are dedicated to the varying roles within the property management department. Our teams specialise in

• Maintenance issues

• The vacate process

• General management duties

• Accounts

All teams are located centrally and able to provide an exceptional service to compliment the 33 marketing offices.

During the last 10 years the number of properties we manage has reached record levels and with our marketing offices also featuring ARLA Propertymark qualified staff in addition to the centralised teams, we feel we are best positioned for the many changes that lay ahead in the lettings sector of our business.

Whether it’s time saving, assured professionalism or simply a proven track record at letting properties quickly, we are set and ready to help all Landlords and tenants for many years to come.
