The three founder shareholders who are directors working in the company, made a decision in 1992 to build an Estate Agency business in an area they all knew and had worked in for several years. The vision was to provide the Complete Property Service.
This would bring together the best local providers of property related services all under the Bradleys umbrella to ensure each and every client would have a moving experience that was second to none.
This in turn would support the company culture of retaining Customers For Life. Evidence of the culture being supported every day can be seen on the independent review website www.allagents.co.uk which features thousands of reviews of happy customers that continue to recommend our service and return to use us for their property needs.
We offer a multi award winning high quality service from each of our 30+ offices in the region to sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants. Having received the ultimate accolade of ‘Best in the UK for customer service’ of over 12,000 estate agents in 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016 by the independent review website allagents is testament to the staff on every level understanding our vision and company culture.See what our customers say about us
We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ‘Team Bradleys’. We believe in a team philosophy which enables us to work together with close communication on every level which further supports our culture and vision.

In support of our aims, many years ago Bradleys became members of the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) whose aim is ‘to promote the highest standards of professionalism and integrity among those working within the property industry’.
Our membership ensures that we are bound by strict professional guidelines set down by both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), as does our full membership of the Property Ombudsman Scheme for both Residential Sales and Lettings.
ARLA allows us to operate under their Licensed Agent scheme as a result of the training and professional accreditations obtained in Lettings and Property Management by selected Bradleys staff.
