Property lettings have formed part of our Complete Property Service for many years and that encompasses Company lets. We are fortunate to deal with multiple corporate organisations and their property portfolios from 2 properties or 60+! We have the systems, resources and marketing power to ensure that our corporate client’s needs are met across our 30+ office network spreading from Taunton to Penzance.
If you have a portfolio that you would like to discuss then you can either contact the relevant local Bradleys office here. Alternatively you can contact our customer services department until 10pm 7 days a week by calling 0333 0146 140.
Whether you wish to let single or multiple properties, we can swiftly provide you with an accurate valuation to enable you to make a prompt decision if necessary.
We can visit the property and provide a rental valuation and we can give you an accurate re-sale valuation should you wish to consider all of your options.
Our valuations will naturally take into consideration the market place at the time and be supported by the latest evidence. Once we have visited the property we can advise you on the current demand, and any suggested improvements that we feel would benefit you.Request a Valuation
Whether you are considering getting a part of or your whole portfolio valued, we can provide you with an assessment allowing you to make informed decisions based on clear evidence.

Whether you are just being curious or perhaps re-assessing your assets with a view to their future viability, we would be only too pleased to provide you with a full report on market values.
In addition to being registered with ARLA we are also members of the following; TPO (The Property Ombudsman for lettings) and NFOPP (National Federation of Property Professionals).
