We want to make your property stand out amongst the competition and by doing so add further demand and value, so we will produce a full set of particulars of each of our properties including multiple photographs and a colour floor plan.
The particulars will be available via the two largest portal websites, Rightmove and Zoopla in addition to our busy website.
Our offices will feature a dedicated lettings display as well as co-ordinate with local businesses, organisations and relocation companies that require accommodation.

We believe every landlord should consider protecting their investment and we provide a service which ensures the returns on your property investment are not damaged by non-payment of rent and a costly eviction process. The service is designed to protect you against loss of rent, if tenants become unable to pay and against the legal costs of removing tenants who are not fulfilling their obligations under the tenancy agreement.
Subject to qualifying criteria this insurance is included within our Fully Managed service free of charge and is available for a small additional monthly charge for our Let & Rent Collection service.
This insurance cover is not limited to rent guarantee and legal expenses, but has a host of additional features which our staff will be able to advise upon..
Each of our 30 plus offices provide both a sales and lettings service, our staff are best placed to advise buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants alike.

Our team will also book free and realistic valuations should clients wish to do so after the normal working day without having to wait until the next day for a response.

Most of our clients prefer to instruct us on a fully managed basis, which allows them to enjoy their investment without the hassle and stress that can come without the systems, knowledge and experience we can provide.
We do also offer a tenant find service for those happy to manage the tenancy on a day to day basis and we are happy to provide you with whichever suits your individual needs and requirements.

We pride ourselves upon an open and transparent relationship with our landlords and to that end we have endeavoured to include all costs associated with the letting of your property within our scale of charges defined within our ‘terms of business’ for our Fully Managed service. This allows you to budget on an ongoing basis without for example, being charged extra for an inspection; a weekend check in or maybe even a maintenance charge on works undertaken at your property. In the event you prefer to manage your tenancy yourself, we offer a Let Only and a Let & Rent Collection service.
