Jo adds to the continued Bradleys Academy success!

Following on from recent successes, Jo Campbell from Bradleys Budleigh Salterton Branch has passed the Listing Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy.

At Bradleys, our aim is to support and develop all our staff members to get the most out of their careers whilst also providing the best quality service possible. With that being said, we have created our own in-house training programme consisting of 8 stages made up of assessments, coursework, and on the job experience. This may include trips to other offices to learn and obtain the knowledge and expertise of internal specialists.

Our Academy also includes professional training videos from industry experts and trainers , each with various steps designed to further the individuals’ skills and knowledge whilst applying it in their everyday role. The aim is for all Bradleys team members to ensure they fulfil the company motto of ‘People Serving People’ to ensure that Bradleys retain their customers for life.
