The Bradleys Academy has been built to help all team members strive to achieve their career goals, which consist of 8 steps made up of assessments, coursework and experience. The various steps are all designed to further the individuals’ skills and knowledge to apply it whilst carrying out their role. The aim is for all Bradleys team members to fulfil the company motto of ‘People Serving People’ to ensure that Bradleys retain their customers for life.
Recently, Tilly McDowell, a negotiator based in Bradleys Saltash office, passed her latest stage of the Bradleys Academy. Iain Christie, Manager of the Saltash team commented “I’m delighted for Tilly, she works extremely hard and takes pride in everything she does for our customers to ensure they experience a successful move. It’s a real pleasure to see team members reach their individual goals, and with our internal training programme, it allows each individual team member the opportunity to develop their skills. I believe Tilly has a very bright future here at Bradleys and they are a real asset to the Saltash team.”
