At Bradleys, our aim is to support and develop all of our staff members to get the most out of their careers whilst also providing the best quality service possible. With that being said, we have created our own in-house training programme consisting of 8 stages made up of assessments, coursework, and experience. This may include trips to other offices to learn and obtain the knowledge and expertise of Bradleys specialists.
Each member of staff must pass each step of the programme before moving on to the next, Zoe Apeitos is our most recent Negotiator from our Hayle branch to pass the Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy.
Kris Peters, Zoe’s branch Manager commented “It’s a pleasure to see Zoe not only strive to complete the next stage of the Bradleys Academy but also strive to develop her career even further by learning all the tools needed to be the best estate agent possible. Zoe is a real asset to our team and I look forward to seeing her career grow and develop further here at Bradleys.”
