Covid-19 update – June 2020

Following the latest advice from the Government, our offices have been re-opened, please contact your local branch should you wish you need to visit us to confirm an appointment time. Each branch is operating a customer flow process for your safety .

Considering the health and safety of our customers, team members and the wider community we will be providing video or virtual tours of our properties prior to arranging any face to face appointments, if you cannot find one online, please contact us for a video/tour.

We are operating a safety first culture when attending valuations and property viewings. With viewings we ask that no more than 2 persons attend the property at each viewing and with suitable PPE and social distancing rules. We ask customers not to touch surfaces or open doors whilst at the property. Likewise at valuations our staff will practice social distancing and appropriate PPE wear. If a client wishes we are happy to inspect the property and then report to the client afterwards via phone, Zoom etc.

Currently we are finding the property market very good in terms of new instructions and sales with unchanged achieved property values. Now appears to be as good a time to sell or buy as at any other time.

We are able to provide virtual valuation and viewing appointments as well as face to face appointments. Please contact us and we can talk through which will be most suitable.

Information for Landlords and Tenants

We are providing a near normal level of service given the current restrictions but we will continue to deal with enquiries on a strict priority basis.

Rental Maintenance Issues

Tenants with a Maintenance issue should report it in the usual way online via : www.bradleys.fixflo.com Please be aware resources are still limited and emergencies will prioritised.

Contractors/Key Collection

Where it is agreed that keys are to be collected this must arranged on a strict appointment only basis this prior to collection from your local office. We request that you follow the strict procedures that will be explained to you.
