Covid-19 update – January 2021

It is important that our customers and visitors are aware for the time being our offices continue to operate a locked door policy therefore we ask that you please contact your local branch should you wish to visit us and we will confirm an appointment time. Please be aware when arriving at the door, you may need to wait a moment whilst all our team members are able to put on their face masks and also ask that you enter with your mask on as well.

Considering the health and safety of our customers, team members and the wider community we will be continuing to provide video or virtual tours of our properties prior to arranging any face to face appointments, if you cannot find one online, please contact us for a video/tour.

We are operating a safety first culture when attending valuations and property viewings. With viewings we ask that no more than 2 persons attend the property at each viewing and with suitable PPE and social distancing rules. We ask customers not to touch surfaces or open doors whilst at the property. Likewise at valuations our staff will practice social distancing and appropriate PPE wear. If a client wishes we are happy to inspect the property and then report to the client afterwards via phone or video call.

Currently we are finding the property market very active in terms of new instructions and sales. Now appears to be as good a time to sell or buy as at any other time. With the increase demand on conveyancers and mortgage companies, we can advise you on various ways to speed up your move so please ask your local team for more details.

We are able to provide virtual valuation and viewing appointments as well as face to face appointments. Please contact us and we can talk through which will be most suitable.
