Directions
From Taunton, head out through Norton Fitzwarren towards Wiveliscombe on the B3227 and follow this road for a couple of miles until you see a road on the right hand side signposted Cotford St Luke. Turn right onto Dene Road and follow the road into the village. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Graham Way and follow this road past the clockhouse where the property will be spotted on the right.
