About the site The application site for the proposed Permission in Principle is on the south western side of Florence Road, Kelly Bray about 120m south of the junction of Florence Road and the A388 Launceston Road. Kelly Bray is a sustainably located settlement on a main bus route linking it to Callington, Plymouth, Launceston and Bude. From Callington proceed north in the direction of Launceston and after about a mile take the first right hand turning into Florence Road. The site can be found a short distance along on the right.
