Directions
From Plymouth city centre follow the A386 Tavistock Road until meeting the junction with the parkway on the main A38. Turn onto the parkway taking the first left hand turn off on to the St Budeaux bypass continuing along the parkway until the St Budeaux turn off. Turn left at this roundabout on to Roman Way which in turn links with Trevithick Road and indeed Weston Mill Road. Continue along Weston Mill Road going down the hill taking the first left at the bottom of the hill in to Mowhay Road. The property can be found on the right hand side.
