From Bradleys Head south on Mutley Plain/B3250 towards Lisson Grove, Continue onto Greenbank Rd/B3238 Continue to follow B3238, Turn left onto Beaumont Rd, At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Greenbank Ave, Turn left onto Egerton Rd, Turn left onto South View Terrace, Stairs will be located on the right hand side which will provide access to the front of the porperty.
