Directions
From our office head East on the High Street to the roundabout, taking the first exit into Monkton Road. Follow this road over the by-pass and turn left signposted to Dunkeswell. At the top of the hill turn left signposted to Dunkeswell. Continue on and down the hill into the "old" village. Turn left into Royal Oak Close and the property will be found on the left hand side.
