Proceed out of Looe onto the A387 heading towards Plymouth, turn right at the top of the valley, signposted The Barbican (this junction is opposite the church). Continue along Barbican Road passing the Looe community school and the entrance to Sunrising. After passing the Sunrising turning take the next left turning onto Bodrigan Road. Follow Bodrigan Road down to where it meets Pendennis Road and the property can be found on the right hand side.
