Turnpike Fields is the latest new homes development from award-winning builder, Baker Estates, who saw a large number of potential buyers attend the pre-launch event last week at the Claycutters Arms.

The development in this popular Devon village consists of a range of 2, 3 and 4- bedroom properties, including both houses and bungalows, and it is the range of properties being built that is appealing to many potential buyers.
