Introducing Sam Novak

I am an experienced Affordable Housing Development Professional with two decades of experience delivering homes and communities across Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset.

My career has taken me from a temporary data-entry role in finance to leading the acquisition and delivery of land-led developments, S106 schemes, regeneration projects, joint ventures and complex development programmes. I bring a unique combination of operational knowledge and strategic development expertise, having worked across Housing Associations, ALMOs, Local Authorities and private practice. My experience includes rural housing, regeneration, Passivhaus, MMC (Categories 1 & 2), extra care, cross-subsidy open market developments, commercial appraisals, new business opportunities and managing schemes from acquisition through to completion—truly "cradle to grave."

I'm passionate about creating sustainable, affordable homes that make a lasting difference to communities, I understand pressures for all angles and look forward to working with you all across the sector on behalf of the wonderful and experienced team at Bradleys to assist with any requirements your organisation may have or need.

For me, development is about far more than bricks and mortar. It's about people, places and opportunity. There is nothing more rewarding than handing over the keys to a new home and seeing the positive impact it has on someone's life.
