After more than 20 of dedicated service, we bid a fond farewell to Julie Malec, who is retiring from her role as Negotiator at our Sidmouth branch. Julie has been a valued member of the Bradleys family, bringing warmth, professionalism, and a wealth of knowledge to the team and to the many clients she’s supported over the years.
Julie has played an integral role in the success of the Sidmouth branch, always going above and beyond to ensure every buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant felt confident and cared for throughout their property journey. Her approachable nature, attention to detail, and deep understanding of the local market made her a trusted figure within the community.
Ben Morgan, Branch Manager at Bradleys Sidmouth, shared his appreciation: “Julie has been such an important part of our team, and we’re truly going to miss her. She’s built fantastic relationships with clients and colleagues alike, and her professionalism and positivity have left a lasting mark on the branch. While we’re sad to see her go, we wish her a retirement filled with happiness, relaxation, and all the things she enjoys most. She’s truly earned it.”
Julie’s retirement marks the end of a wonderful chapter for the Sidmouth branch, and while her presence will be greatly missed, we’re excited to carry forward the values she embodied every day.
From everyone at Bradleys, thank you, Julie - for everything you’ve done and for the difference you’ve made. Wishing you all the very best in your next chapter!
