After 17 years of working at the company, starting out as secretary based in Bradleys North Street office, Sue Shears has progressed her career and recently been appointed as a Director of Bradleys Chartered Surveyors.
Sue has worked for the company since having joined at the tender age of eighteen and joins Tom Davies and Ken Stoate as Directors and will be responsible for more of the management and business promotion of the company.
Following the recent announcement, Sue commented “I am absolutely delighted with the promotion and very much look forward to helping my fellow Directors drive the business forward. We have experienced a very busy last 2-3 years having gained many new clients. I still feel that there is potential for us to grow even further with the range of specialist services we provide and am very excited about the future.’
Since joining Bradleys, Sue has got married, had three children, gained a first class honours degree and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. It is this determination that has seen her rewarded with this promotion and serves the company well for many years to come.
The head office of Bradleys Surveyors is based in Southernhay, Exeter with additional offices in Camborne, Torquay, Barnstaple and Taunton. The company have grown since Sue first joined the firm from a team of 4 to the current team of 15. The team deal with all types of surveys including valuations, homebuyers and building surveys through to boundary disputes, expert witness reports and lease extensions as well as many other specialist services.
