A year on - Estate & Block Management at Bradleys is flying high!

Following the latest addition to the Bradleys Group of property related companies back in the summer of 2024, Bradleys Estate & Block Management has experienced a very rewarding first 12 months with the outlook even brighter.

Following Bradleys acquisition of Eaton Terry Clark’s residential lettings and block management business, the team at Bradleys invested in the team by expanding the resources, updating the technology and growing their marketing reach. 12 months later their portfolio has doubled in size, their team continues to grow and the waiting list to onboard new estates and blocks is growing.

Head of Estate & Block Management at Bradleys, Ian Fox, explains “It has been a fantastically busy first year here for me and the team. We’re really pleased with how the department is growing, the plans moving forward to continue the growth both in terms of our portfolio and team members. We’re now able to cover into Plymouth and Cornwall, which is exciting for the coming years as we‘ve been receiving requests and now we have the ability to service the region, we cannot wait to bring even more clients onboard.”
