Anja passes the Residential Valuer stage of the Bradleys Academy

At Bradleys Estate Agents, we are committed to the ongoing development of the next generation of award winning Estate Agents by focusing on the development of our existing and new staff members.

The Bradleys Academy has been built to help all team members strive to achieve their career goals, which consists of 8 steps made up of assessments, coursework and experience. The various steps are all designed to further the individuals’ skills and knowledge to apply it whilst carrying out their role. The aim is for all Bradleys team members to ensure they fulfil the company motto of ‘People Serving People’ to ensure that Bradleys retain their customers for life.

Recently Anja Worley, Negotiator from our Plymstock branch, passed the Residential Valuer stage of the Bradleys Academy.
