Awarded ‘The Best in the UK’ three years in a row!

We have always put the customer at the heart of everything we do and as a result have won many awards for customer service over the years. I believe this latest achievement places us at the top of the tree in the property industry as it is the third year in succession that we have been given the title of 'Best customer service in the UK for sales'.

The independent review website www.allagents.co.uk is the most popular review website for estate agents and the property industry as a whole. This website bucks the trend by providing awards entirely free of charge to the 11,000 plus companies on the website, meaning that the award winners get recognition based entirely on customer’s service experience by the reviews and ratings they have placed. Many of our customer reviews comment on our staff going the extra mile to help sort a challenging problem or to the happy ‘can-do’ attitude of the staff who have helped them. One recent review I read resonates with me in particular;

“This Estate Agent is by far the very best they keep you informed in a Language you understand and communication is very very good, they are always willing to help in any way they can to make life easier for you.” (Clive and Sue Cohen July 15)

Our company motto is ‘People Serving People’ and this review proves that we really are here for the customer.

Our Managing Director, Francis Marshall, commented 'We are over the moon to receive this award again. To be crowned as 'The Best in the UK' once was a superb achievement but for a third year in a row is beyond all expectations. It is a true reflection of how hard our staff work in providing the best possible service at what can be a stressful time for many.
