Awards Success Leads to National Recognition for the Region's Finest.

The EA Masters Conference and Awards held in London on Tuesday 5th November are seen by the majority of the property industry as the most prestigious awards in the Estate Agency space, and with over 1400 agents and suppliers in attendance, this year’s event certainly supported that.

The assessment of every estate agent across the UK is monitored by the independent data company, Twenty Ci, over a 6-month period, and then are analysed for a further 3 months with over 60 million data points analysed, it is certainly no small task.

The performances are then shortlisted to feature the top 5% of performers across the industry to form the Best Estate Agent Guide. The top 5% of Estate Agents are then shortlisted to identify the very best Estate Agents. The region’s largest independent agency, Bradleys Estate Agents Ltd, once again featured winning the Best Large Estate Agent for Sales in the UK.
