Ben Bond completes the next stage of the Bradleys Property Academy

Here at Bradleys Estate Agents we are committed to the ongoing development of the next generation of award winning Estate Agents by focusing on the development of existing and new staff members.

The Bradleys Academy has been built to help all team members strive to achieve their career goals, which consist of 8 steps made up of assessments, coursework and experience. The various steps are all designed to further the individuals’ skills and knowledge and apply it whilst carrying out their role. The aim is for all of Bradleys team members to ensure they fulfil the company motto of ‘People Serving People’ to ensure that Bradleys retain their customers for life.

The most recent Negotiator to progress on their journey in the Bradleys Academy is Ben Bond from the Looe Branch. Ben commented “I am really pleased to have completed the Sales Negotiator stage of the Bradleys Academy and I am looking forward to applying this every day at work by helping even more buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords with all things property!”
