Bradleys 10k & 5k Race Brings Community Spirit to Exmouth Seafront

On Sunday 28th September 2025, Exmouth Seafront came alive with energy, encouragement and sunshine as over 350 participants laced up their running shoes for the Bradleys 10k & 5k race. With supporters lining the seafront to cheer runners on, the event was a true celebration of fitness, community and determination.

Race Results
The morning saw some fantastic performances across both distances.

Top 3 - 5k:

  • Finley Cloak (Bideford Amateur Athletic Club) – 16:27
  • Ash Voralia (South West Road Runners) – 17:01
  • Alistair Lindsay – 17:54

Top 3 - 10k:

  • Christian Hewitt (Tiverton Harriers) – 32:15
  • Richard Edwards – 34:15
  • Finlay Downes (Chard Road Runners) – 34:30

Bradleys Team on the Start Line
It wasn’t just local clubs and seasoned runners taking part - members of the Bradleys team proudly joined in too, showing great determination and team spirit.

In the 5k, the Land & New Homes team duo Mia Veacock and Ella Wildman ran side by side to finish together in 31:48. Chris Baxter, Managing Director, clocked 32:57, closely followed by Amber Dore from our Callington office with 33:23. Also representing Callington, Annabelle Putt completed the 5k in 41:23, while Robin Middleton from our Exeter North Street office impressed with a time of 26:39.

In the 10k, Budleigh Salterton Manager Robin Burne crossed the line in 42:46, while Kevin James, New Homes Director, finished strongly in 54:45. Josh Findel-Hawkins from our Exmouth office also completed the distance in 1:07:45.

The event was not only about fast times but also about bringing people together. With the sun shining and supporters cheering every step of the way, the atmosphere was buzzing throughout the morning.

Everyone at Bradleys is proud to have supported such a positive event on Exmouth seafront, celebrating both competitive running and community spirit in equal measure.
