Bradleys Annual Award Ceremony 2024!

Friday 20th December saw the Bradleys Awards Ceremony that took place at their Head office in Exmouth where members of the Bradleys Group joined together to celebrate their achievements!

The event not only allowed staff members across the Bradleys Group to celebrate their hard work this year as well as congratulate those who received their Long Service Awards, and those who were nominated and successfully won one of the prestigious Awards.

The Awards ceremony began with the 25 Year Long Service Awards, many congratulations to Chris Baxter, Niki Heathcote and Fiona Taylor. Adding to that we would like to congratulate Claire Kelly and Neil Bailey on being presented with their 20 Year Long Service Awards! Finally, we would like to congratulate Tariq Al Khatib, Kevin James, Stephen French and Richard Martyn on their 10 Year Long Service Awards. Loyalty like this is seldom experienced in companies which makes their achievement so much more special.

The long service awards were followed by the office and individual awards that are strived for each year. Congratulations went to: Claire Lawson from Camborne office for winning Employee of the Year, the Sidmouth Team for winning Office of the Year, Debbie Kelly from Paignton for winning Manager of the Year, Tess Findel-Hawkins from Sidmouth for winning Rising Star of the Year and Sidmouth Team again for winning Luxury Homes Office of the Year.

Brian Bradley, Group Chairman commented “As we round off our 32nd year, it’s fantastic to celebrate those who have been with the company from the very start as well as those staff members that have given their tremendous service to the company. The annual Awards Ceremony not only highlights the continued commitment we have across the company but also those we feel deserve that extra recognition for their outstanding work and performance. With over 200 staff members across the group those who were nominated for an award should be extremely proud of yourselves but those that won an award, know you really are the best of the best!”
