Bradleys Annual Awards Ceremony 2025!

- Mon 22 Dec 2025

On Friday 19th December, the Bradleys Group came together at their Head Office in Exmouth to celebrate the Bradleys Annual Awards Ceremony 2025 - a special occasion dedicated to recognising outstanding achievements, commitment, and success across the business.

The event brought teams from across the Bradleys Group together to reflect on another successful year, celebrating individual and team accomplishments, honouring long service milestones, and recognising those who went above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.

The ceremony opened with the Long Service Awards, acknowledging the loyalty and dedication of those who have contributed so much to the company over the years.

25 Year Long Service Awards

Many congratulations to Karen Miller, Alison Burridge, Sally Bell, Sam Elias and Gail Magill.

Brian Bradley, Group Chairman, commented:

“Our annual awards are one of the highlights of the year because they allow us to recognise the people who truly make Bradleys what it is. From those who have been with us for decades to those who are already making a significant impact early in their careers, every award reflects dedication, teamwork and professionalism. With over 200 staff across the group, being nominated is an achievement in itself - and those who took home an award should be incredibly proud of the standard they continue to set.”
