Bradleys Awards Evening 2018

With over 150 people in attendance the staff from across Devon, Somerset and Cornwall gathered at Bradleys HQ in Exmouth for the annual Awards Evening, where individuals and teams are recognised for their outstanding efforts.

Group Chairman, Brian Bradley, started off by recognising those people that have been loyal and take commitment to an exceptional level having been working at the company for long periods of time. This year two people received the long service award for 25 years at Bradleys; Darren Ellis and Sara Gilchrist. These two were followed by a trio of staff that have been with Bradleys for 20 years; Caroline Lewis, Claire Journet and Julie Carden.

The next award was to celebrate the team that had really excelled themselves and achieved over and above what was expected of them in 2018 – Office of the Year 2018. After a tense build up having identified the top 10 offices, the countdown from for the top 3 began with the team in Saltash pipping the team in Shaldon to the title!

Finally, the coveted title of Employee of the Year, the award every staff member wants to win! After 10 nominations were shortlisted to the final 3, Jayne Cardew was announced as the Employee of the Year 2018! Huge congratulations and celebrations followed for Jayne, all of the award winners along everyone else in attendance accompanied by live music and a delicious buffet where all the team enjoyed a superb evening celebrating a 26^th year of success at Bradleys.
