With so much help still needed in Ukraine and reading the harrowing stories of misplaced families through to starving children, the team at Bradleys Estate Agents in Plymstock have decided to get on their bikes to help out!
Branch Manager, Jade Nicholson, and colleague, Emma Hurrell, came up with idea that they should cycle the distance between the Ukrainian cities of Kyiv and Odessa to raise money, Colleagues, Anja Worley and Laura Draper then agreed to help out and the Bradleys Bike Bonanza was created. Emma spoke with Fort Stamford Health & Fitness Club who kindly agreed to lend the team some spin bikes to cover the whopping 298 mile journey.
Jade commented “We are desperate to help out and wanted to show as a team our support for the people in Ukraine, and in particular the poor children who are suffering. We are not cycling enthusiasts by any means and therefore this will prove to be a really tough challenge, but one we are determined to succeed in!”
The Bradleys Bike Bonanza is being held outside the Bradleys office in The Broadway on Thursday and Friday 28th and 29th April.
If you would like to show your support you can do so by donating any amount, regardless of how big or small via clicking here. Alternatively, feel free to pop along and visit the team during their cycle later this month.
