Bradleys Celebrates Record-Breaking Shaldon & Ringmore Open Gardens

The Shaldon & Ringmore Open Gardens took place last weekend, marking another highly successful and much-loved annual village event, now in its 14th year. This year's event was a record-breaker, with fourteen gardens opening to the public, including five garden cafés, attracting visitors from across the area and raising valuable funds for charity.

Helen Rushton, Chair of Shaldon & District Cancer Research, said:

"I am delighted to report that Open Gardens June 26 has raised a staggering £4,397.93!

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Bradleys Shaldon office for their continued support.

Julie, Jess, Ally and Jo have been absolutely amazing and have actively supported us for many years. They help us plan and publicise the event, put up boards and banners, sell tickets, and even recruit new gardens to take part. Much of this support is given in their own time, which makes it even more appreciated. I have developed a wonderful relationship with the team, who support so many of our fundraising events throughout the year. I cannot thank them enough for their ongoing support. I look forward to continuing our close working relationship for many years to come."
