Bradleys Conference 2025: Be Your Best

Bradleys Estate Agents brought teams together for its annual company conference, themed “Be Your Best”, a day focused on celebrating success while setting clear expectations for the future. The conference recognised the outstanding achievements of 2025 to date, while reinforcing a powerful message: success is something to be built on, not settled for. As the property market continues to evolve, Bradleys remains committed to raising standards across the industry by delivering excellence at every level, every day.

The event highlighted the importance of continuous improvement, professionalism and collaboration across the business. While there was much to celebrate, the emphasis remained firmly on momentum – ensuring that Bradleys continues to lead by example through service, expertise and innovation. The message was clear: standing still is not an option, and being “your best” means constantly striving to exceed expectations for clients and colleagues alike.

A key part of the day was recognising individuals who have gone above and beyond in supporting customers through referrals to key services. Awards were presented to Jodie Leigh-Ball for mortgages, Chris Carter for surveys, and Iain Christie for conveyancing, with Debbie Kelly named as the company’s overall top referrer. All award winners were pictured on the day, with the exception of Jodie Leigh-Ball.

Managing Director Kevin James reflected on the success of the conference, saying:

“It was an incredibly positive day and a great opportunity to bring everyone together to celebrate what we’ve achieved. At the same time, it reinforced our determination to keep raising the bar.
