Congratulations to Neil Bailey, IT Manager, who has been recognised as Bradleys' latest Employee of the Month in recognition of his outstanding work and dedication to driving innovation across the business.
Over recent months, Neil has led the creation and launch of two brand-new websites for Bradleys Mortgages and the Chartered Surveyors. Both websites are already generating valuable leads and enquiries for the departments, helping to raise awareness of Bradleys' wide range of professional services and supporting future business growth.
Despite balancing his day-to-day responsibilities within the IT department, Neil has remained focused on delivering these projects from concept through to launch. His ability to utilise the latest technology and digital tools has enabled Bradleys to create professional, lead-generating websites in-house, delivering excellent results while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Building on this success, Neil is already hard at work developing a third website for our Estate & Block Management division, further enhancing Bradleys' digital presence and ensuring our specialist services continue to reach new audiences.
